The U.S. Department of the Treasury on its webpage that is dedicated to FATCA has published the FATCA Agreements that were concluded between the United States and Bulgaria and between the United States and Singapore.

Both agreements are a so-called Model 1 IGAs.

 

Based on the information provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury the FATCA agreement between The United States and Bulgaria was signed on December 5, 2014.
