The U.S. Department of the Treasury on its webpage that is dedicated to FATCA has published the FATCA Agreement that was concluded between the United States and Colombia.

 

The agreement is a so-called Model 1 IGA.

 

Already in April 2014 the Governments of the Republic of Colombia and the United States reached an agreement in substance regarding a FATCA IGA to be concluded between the two states. Based on the information provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the FATCA Agreement between The United States and Colombia was signed on May 20, 2015.
