On May 5, 2015 the OECD released the public comments it received on the Discussion Draft it published regarding BEPS Action 3 (Strengthening CFC Rules).
On April 3, 2015 the OECD released: “Public Discussion Draft - BEPS ACTION 3: STRENGTHENING CFC RULES” (you will be forwarded to the website of the OECD, which will open in a new window). On May 5, 2015 the OECD published the public comments it received on this Discussion Draft. The comments are published in 2 parts that together total to over 571 pages (Part 1 & Part 2) (you will be forwarded to the website of the OECD, which will open in a new window).
The input will be discussed during a public consultation meeting which will be held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris on May 12, 2015.
