On February 16, 2016 the European Commission opened a Public Consultation on improving double taxation dispute resolution mechanisms. Via this public consultation the European Commission sought the views of interested parties on how the current double taxation dispute resolution mechanisms operate and can be improved. Interested parties had until May 10, 2016 to submit their contributions.

The European Commission has now published the contributions it received regarding this public consultation.
