On October 20, 2017 the Polish Ministry of Finance issued a press release announcing that it opened a public consultation on the introduction of mandatory disclosure rules regarding taxes. The public consultation will run until November 15, 2017.

In the press release the Polish Ministry of Finance states that it has started drafting amendments to the law in order to introduce mandatory disclosure rules regarding taxes. It is furthermore stated that the aim of the Ministry of Finance is to conduct an as wide as possible consultation at the present, preliminary stage of work on the draft amendment. Answers to questions and possible comments received during the consultation may affect the final form of legal solutions developed.
