INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - Curaçao signs the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI) and Jersey deposits its instrument of ratification

On December 21, 2017 the OECD issued a press release announcing that on December 20, 2017 Curaçao signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). By doing so Curaçao became the 72 signatory to the MLI.

In the same press release the OECD also announced that already on December 15, 2017 Jersey deposited its instrument of ratification for the MLI. Click here to be forwarded to Jersey’s instrument of ratification for the MLI.
