On September 22, 2017 the OECD invited interested parties to provide input on key issues identified in a request for input related to the tax challenges raised by digitalisation and the potential options to address these challenges (BEPS Action 1). Interested parties had until October 13, 2017 to submit their comments. A public consultation on the matter will be held on November 1, 2017.

In total over  50 institutes and persons submitted comments/provided in put. The OECD published these comments and input on October 25, 2017.
