On August 31, 2017 on the website of the Dutch Ministry of Finance answers to the questions regarding the Dutch APA/ATR-practice as raised on July 19, 2017 by the MPs Leijten (Socialist Party) and Van Raan (Party for the Animals) were published.
The questions raised relate to the following 5 topics:
· Informal capital and upfront security regarding informal capital;
· Hybrid entities and financing;
· Financing and royalty activities;
· Re-invoicing; and
· Other questions.
In total the MPs raised in total 27 questions.
