The Dutch Ministry of Finance is going to reform the Dutch ruling practice with respect to rulings with an international character. The Ministry is also going to revise the content of such rulings. In this respect the Dutch Government has opened a public consultation. The Dutch Ministry of Finance is seeking input in the following three areas: content, the process and transparency.

With respect to this consultation the Dutch Ministry has released a “Consultation note reform of the ruling practice” and a “Consultation annex reform of the ruling practice”. Unfortunately both documents are only available in the Dutch language.
