It is mainly responsible for Tax or Audit:
1,Cooperate with tax managers to calculate and review income tax calculation(including deferred income tax).
2,Reconcile the tax related accounts proactively, raise accounting risks and tracking to solve.
3,Consistently review the accounting operation process and perform the improvement.
4,Cooperate with tax manager to design the accounting solution for various business scenario.
5,Researched and communicated findings on tax accounting issues and engaged in special projects as needed.




1,Responsible to identify and interpret accounting policy for IFRS and statutory accounting standards in Latin America region have an insight into the external compliance law, accounting policy.
2,Responsible to identify organize to prepare Local GAAP accounting solution, prepare Statutory Financial Statements of the region.
3,Responsible to manage business data source, raise requirement to make business improvements.
4,Responsible to coordinate audit process, manage audit plan progress and audit risk, professional to discuss with auditors, close the audit issues with high quality.
5,Responsible to do analysis to financial statement, proactively raise audit risks and tracking to solve.




Business Skills Requirements:
1, English ability.Ability to speak and write in English fluently, proficiency level is required.
2, Financial statements / tax management application capacity.
3, Financial software application ability. Project management skills , problem-solving abilities and presentation skills.


Professional Knowledge Requirement:
1, Basic knowledge of accounting. Certified Public Accountant/Business Administrator degree. 3 or + years of relevant work experience in accounting tax areas (experience in BIG4 will be value added)
2, The financial statements of knowledge.
3, Accounting principle / tax rules knowledge of Latin America. Familiar with IFRS, especially IAS12, IFRS15.
