Position responsibilities

1,   In-depth understanding and analysis of the Netherlands / EU key tax laws / regulations;

2,   According to the group's tax compliance management process, is responsible for holding company's direct tax (Including participation exemption in Netherlands), indirect tax compliance management, to ensure that tax filings timely and accurate;

3,   Responsible for tax risks and tax audit management due to direct tax and indirect tax;

4.   To set annual income tax expense target, management budget and forecast income tax expense and ETR;

5,   Through the use of internal control tools, the internal control maturity of the process will be gradually upgraded

6,   Close contact with tax consultants / tax authorities to support tax incentives for holding companies and their subsidiaries worldwide.


Position Requirements

Business Skills Requirements:

1 Has good multi-cultural team spirit of cooperation, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; 

2 Has good communication, anti-pressure ability and problem-solving ability; 

3 English as working language, ability to read and write in Dutch.


Professional Knowledge Requirement:

1 Bachelor or Master degree in tax law or related majors; 

2 More than five years working experience in taxation. Experience in tax management of multinational corporations / groups or “big four” tax / auditing is preferred;

3 Be familiar with the requirements of the Dutch tax and EU laws / regulations, and understand the International Financial Reporting Standards including deferred taxes;
