We are looking for an International Tax Manager to work with our finance and other teams around the world in managing the company’s tax compliance and reporting requirements.
Specifically, the International Tax Manager would be responsible for understanding the various tax filings and payments required in certain regions in AsiaPac, the Americas (excluding the US), and Europe, coordinating with internal finance directors and outside tax advisors, and reviewing tax provisions, returns, and payments as necessary.
As part of this effort, the International Tax Manager will provide input and assist the company in setting up and maintaining a tool to track global tax compliance requirements.
As the team member accountable for a portion of the company’s international tax compliance and reporting, the International Tax Manager will have the opportunity to engage with and develop a deep understanding of the company’s international operations and accounting. In doing so, the International Tax Manager will become a valuable resource to our integrated tax team and have the opportunity to participate in planning and other aspects of international tax.
An ideal International Tax Manager will have an aptitude for organization, curiosity to understand our business and the application of different countries’ tax laws, and capability to reach out across global teams and external advisors to coordinate the company’s international tax compliance and reporting requirements.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who has:
· Significant and extensive international tax experience in a public accounting firm and/or public multinational company
· Experience preparing or reviewing global corporate income tax returns and implementing and maintaining compliance tracking tools
· Comprehensive understanding of core international and other tax concepts
· Possess the ability to think critically about unique tax considerations in different jurisdictions
· Knowledge of Oracle and Essbase
