On September 1, 2014 the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) opened a public consultation on Transfer Pricing Documentation. The IRAS will be updating Section 4 of its Transfer Pricing guidelines (e-Tax guide on Transfer Pricing guidelines published on February 23, 2006) to provide more comprehensive guidance on transfer pricing documentation. The consultation paper sets out the revised guidance on transfer pricing documentation. In this respect the IRAS seeks input and comments on the revised guidance. The closing date to submit your views and comments is September 24, 2014.
