On November 14, 2014 the European Commission published the non-confidential version of its decision of June 11, 2014 to open an in-depth investigation into transfer pricing arrangements on corporate taxation of Starbucks in The Netherlands.

The European Commission published a Dutch (46 pages) and an English (40 pages) version of the Decision. The decision is available under the case number SA.38374 on the COMPETITION website of the European Commission.
