INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - TIEA concluded between Austria and Guernsey entered into force on November 16, 2014

Based on the overview of Tax Information Exchange Agreements that the Government of the States of Guernsey has published on its website, the Agreement between the States of Guernsey and the Republic of Austria for the Exchange of Information Relating to Tax Matters (TIEA) entered into force on November 16, 2014.

The Austrian – Guernsey TIEA arranges for the Exchange of Information Upon Request.

Based on Article 12 of the Austrian – Guernsey TIEA the provisions of the TIEA shall have effect in respect of taxes for any fiscal year beginning after December 31, 2014.
