The Polish Ministry of Finance on its webpage dedicated to agreements for the exchange of information relating to tax matters has announced that the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the United States of America to Improve International Tax Compliance and to Implement FATCA was signed.

From the information provided by the Polish Ministry of Finance we understand that the Agreement was signed on October 7, 2014.
