On April 21, 2015 on the Taxation and Customs Union Webpage of the European Commission it was announced that the meeting documents of the 102^nd and 103^rd VAT Committee meetings have been published on the CIRCABC webpage of the European Commission.

The meeting documents a.o. include the agendas of the meetings and the following WORKING Papers & info papers (there are more documents published than the ones listed below): 

·        VAT treatment of the European groupings of territorial cooperation (EGTCs) (WORKING PAPER No. 834);

·        VAT treatment of crowdfunding (WORKING PAPER No. 836);
