On May 31, 2016 the OECD released a Public Discussion Draft titled: “BEPS ACTION 15 - Development of a Multilateral Instrument to Implement the Tax Treaty related BEPS Measures”. The consultation period closed on June 30, 2016. As follow-up to the consultation period,a public consultation meeting on the multilateral instrument will be held in on July 7, 2016 beginning at 10.00 CET. The OECD has now published the public comments it received on the discussion draft.
The OECD put the comments it received from 33 organizations/persons together in a 206 page document.

As stated above a Public consultation on the subject will be organized by the OECD on July 7, 2016 from 10.00 – 18.00 CET.
