INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - European Parliament to discuss the European Commission’s conclusion in the Apple case

The European Parliament has announced that it will debate the European Commission’s conclusion that Ireland granted Apple illegal tax benefits during its plenary session of Wednesday September 14, 2016.

According to the announcement the debate is expected to take place around 16.00 CET. The announcement also states that first there will be a Commission Statement, which is then followed by a debate.
