The European Parliament’s Committee of Inquiry into Money Laundering, Tax Avoidance and Tax Evasion (PANA) has announced that on May 4, 2017 it will hold a hearing with Pierre Moscovici, European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs.

The hearing will be held from 9.00 – 10.30 CET. A live webstream of the hearing will be available.

According to the announcement issued by the PANA Committee its members are expected to discuss current and upcoming initiatives of the Commission in the area of fight against tax fraud, tax evasion and tax avoidance, and the right of access to documents for members of the PANA Committee.
