INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - Bahrain and Romania deposited their instruments of ratification for the MLI

The OECD has announced that on February 23, 2022 Bahrain deposited its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (The MLI). Romania on its turn deposited its instrument of ratification on February 28, 2022. For both Bahrain and Romani the MLI will enter into force on June 1, 2022.
