From the information as published on the website of the U.S. Department of the Treasury it can be concluded that the FATCA Agreement between the United States and Kuwait has been signed.

The agreement is a so-called Model 1 IGA.

Already in May 2014 the Governments of Kuwait and the United States reached an agreement in substance regarding a FATCA IGA to be concluded between the two states. Based on the information provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the FATCA Agreement between The United States and Kuwait was signed on April 29, 2015.

Normally we provide you with a link to the text of the FATCA agreement. In this case however the link to the agreement as provided on the website of the U.S. Department of the Treasury does not seem to work as it should.
