INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - Luxembourg and Serbia sign a DTA

The Ministry of Finance of Luxembourg has issued a press release announcing that on December 15, 2015 Luxembourg and Serbia signed an Agreement to Avoid Double Taxation (DTA).

Unfortunately we have not been able to locate the text of the DTA yet therefore we have not been able to make an analysis of the provisions included in the DTA.
