On May 4, 2015 the OECD released the public comments it received on the Discussion Draft it published regarding BEPS Action 12 (Mandatory Disclosure Rules).

On March 31, 2015 the OECD released: “Public Discussion Draft – BEPS ACTION 12: MANDATORY DISCLOSURE RULES” (You will be forwarded to the website of the OECD, which will open in a new window). On May 4, 2015 the OECD published the public comments it received on this Discussion Draft. The comments are published in 1 part of 273 pages. The document is titled “Comments received on Public Discussion draft BEPS ACTION 12: MANDATORY DISCLOSURE RULES” (You will be forwarded to the website of the OECD, which will open in a new window).

The input will be discussed during a public consultation which will be held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris on May 11, 2015.
