On July 5, 2017 the OECD issued a press release announcing that Mauritius signed the  Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). By doing so Mauritius became the 69 signatory to the MLI.

The OECD has also updated the list of signatories to the MLI. Not only did the status of Mauritius change from committed to signatory, but by clicking on Mauritius one is forwarded to the “Status of List of Reservations and Notifications at the Time of Signature” as made by Mauritius.
